Changes in Fintech Farm’s ownership

Fintech Farm’s business has been transferred from Hub13 Ltd. to a new company Fintech Farm Ltd. (FI31777592).

The new company is 100% focused on supporting financial innovation, fintech growth and financial industry ecosystem building. Fintech Farm works as an independent and neutral party serving customers from banks to fintechs, and from regulators to service providers and investors. Fintech Farm Ltd. is owned by its employees.

Fintech Farm will keep on providing its existing consulting services, such as the Deal Flow Program, Matchmaking, and Landing Services, together with knowledge services such as FinStack Toolkit, Fintech Database and Helsinki Fintech Guides, added with its first-class events like RegTech Day, Nordic Fintech Summit and Future Digital Finance Forum.

Fintech Farm will continue working with its main partners Amazon Web Services, Citi, Danske Bank, Dittmar & Indrenius, Enfuce, Nomura Research Institute, Nordea, Qvik, Tink and Visa, along with its +100 company fintech network and key public sector organizations such as the Financial Supervisory Authority, Bank of Finland, Business Finland and Helsinki Business Hub.

With the new company, the main objective is to strengthen the services for financial institutions, to understand and collaborate with the fintech industry, as well as to help domestic fintech companies truly scale up abroad.

Janne Salminen will act as the CEO of the new company, while Ola Sundell is the Chairman of the board, and Emmi-Julia Tiitta the Community Manager.
